Whiteface Mountain boasts the largest vertical drop in the East at 3,430 feet. There are 73 trails, 10 lifts and over 215 skiable acres. 44% of the terrain is rated most difficult, making this a popular New York skiing destination for advanced and expert skiers. Whiteface Mountain offers the usual range of amenities found at larger ski resorts including lessons, lodge dining and childcare. During the spring, summer and fall, Whiteface Mountain offers  breathtaking scenic Gondola rides, making it a great year-round Adirondack attraction.
